Next is negotiation, leading discussion aimed at reaching an agreement. Another essential skill is problem-solving. In real estate, every transaction is different, and problems do arise now and then. In problem-solving, it is important to address the issue immediately and find the best resolution. In the end, the goal is a successful closing for both the buyer and seller.
